We'll send you a standard project estimate in response, allowing for a detailed discussion or to discuss any issues that may arise.

What is website layout?

A website's layout is a design cut into small images and a generated HTML template. While a design image can only be viewed at different scales, the layout can be evaluated in different browsers at different resolutions.

The completed layout is then used to power the website's engine, making it fully functional and visually understandable.

Is it possible for my website not to have a link to the developer's website?

Yes, it costs 10% of the estimate. We can also, for an additional 20%, exclude the website from our portfolio.

We don't want our data and ideas to be used in other projects. Is this possible?

Yes, this can be specified in the contract, and we will not implement a 100% copy of your idea in other projects with a six-month delay. This means the module's documentation will be closed, and we will not offer the same module or solution to our other clients. Such a restriction cannot be implemented without an expiration date.

How is the ordering process automated for suppliers?

There's an order download by "New" status per supplier. There's also a module called auctions used to distribute orders between suppliers. Alternatively, customization of synchronization with the supplier's website is also available.

How does the pricing scheme work?

A modified pricing scheme has been implemented: with individual markups for product groups, brands, price ranges, etc.

Why do you need a website?

First and foremost, a website is software that allows you to automate various processes: from communicating with your clients to processing orders and maintaining online records or collecting statistics.

How long does it take to create a website?

The time depends on the project's complexity and the quality of communication between all project participants. If you have experience developing web systems, that's a huge plus for us.

Will it be possible to make some changes to the site independently?

Yes, our CMS includes this feature.

If there is no information to post on the site, do you select it?

Yes, if needed, our programmers will gather the necessary information from open sources for you. The client is responsible for filling the website themselves; we do not provide this service.

What is your advantage over other studios?

What is your website written in?

Technologies used: Linux, Apache, Nginx, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript. The source code is entirely our own proprietary technology.

Is the website code open?

Yes, they are. Once the contract is completed, and this is stipulated in the contract, all source data belongs to the client. We also collaborate with the client's programmers—for this purpose, a special account is created in the repository for the client's employee.

What are the minimum hosting requirements if we want to rent it ourselves?

Any modern 8-core processor and 64 RAM disk (preferably SSD/NVme 512Gb) will also do.

Where is the site physically located?

We rent servers from the German company Hetzner. https://www.hetzner.com/

What is hosting?

Hosting is a service provided by your provider to ensure your website is accessible online 24/7. Similar to mobile phone service, hosting quality is a crucial component of a project's success. Hosting a spare parts project with us costs approximately €45/month. The cost of transferring a project from our server to your own starts at approximately $200. We recommend that you don't overlook this issue at the start of your project: we provide our servers free of charge until the project is delivered. After delivery, you can choose your own server or stay on ours at your leisure.

Which domain (hosting) is better to choose?

Depending on the subject matter and structure of your website, we will help you choose the "right" domain (hosting).

How much does a website like Eshop (eshop.elit.ua) or Romario (romario-auto.com) cost? (in various variations)

Starting from €3,499!
This is a typical solution with a basic set of modules. Something like an eshop or beg-auto is considerably more expensive, but you probably don't need one. Even if a huge amount of work is required, you still need to start with a foundation and a minimal set of modules.

Why is your price 2(p) times higher than the market average?

The price is based on the number of man-hours of experienced specialists required to successfully complete the project. If another company employs less qualified and therefore cheaper specialists, the price will be lower, and the chances of delivering a high-quality product within the agreed-upon timeframe will be reduced.

Are there any discounts for cash payments?

No, the invoice amount does not change depending on the payment method.

How much does a website cost?

There's a fixed hourly rate (approximately $30/hour). A website costs: time * hourly rate.

How can I know that you won't wind the clock?

Hours are agreed upon with the client before the start of the work. However, this issue is usually resolved after a few months of working with a regular client.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, for regular clients and for larger projects (over six months). Contact us – let's discuss. With 100% prepayment, an additional 5% discount on the software portion of the project is provided.
